Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases made through FastAlts are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been processed and delivered — unless the product is proven to be faulty.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may request a refund or replacement only if the following conditions are met:

  • The account you received is non-functional upon delivery (e.g. unable to log in, flagged, or already banned)

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • You provide valid proof (such as screenshots or a screen recording) clearly showing the issue

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase

  • Inability to access specific servers

  • User misuse or modification of the account after delivery

  • Delays within the stated delivery window (0–24 hours)

  • Loss of access due to actions outside our control (e.g. logging in from flagged devices, triggering Discord’s automated security)

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Include your order number, email used, and proof of the issue.

All valid claims will be reviewed, and if approved, we will issue either a replacement account or a full refund, at our discretion.
